THE BEST OPTIONS FOR REMOVING HAIR FROM THE PUBIC AREA

Some women cringe at the thought of hair removal from the pubic area, although it can be just another grooming process for many others. While some cannot understand why it should bе carried out at all, the fact is that it’s actually hygienic and can make you feel much cleaner, especially if your hair is thick or coarse.

Aѕ far as the available options are concerned, you can either shave the hair, wax it, or have it removed semi-permanently by laser.

Let’s take a look at the options...

Pubic shaving may be more popular but it’s not the best option for everyone because some ladies end up irritated pretty bad after shaving. I would get boils that were very painful. It got to the point where shaving wasn’t an option at all for me. However, if you’re one where shaving doesn't bother you, rock on sis! Just be sure you're careful about making sure that razor is sharp, that you go slow, that you use the best (preferably all natural or organic) oils, lotions or creams, and don’t mind doing it quite often -- if not daily, (because the hair grows back fast).

Embarrassment can be a factor that creeps in when ladies discuss pubic hair removal with wax, especially for women that are оn the shyer side. However, you should remember that the professionals are only doing their job. They see tons of bits on a daily basis. This iѕ why it’s very important that you select a trustworthy waxing salon so that you’re confident you’re in good hands. This will give you one less thing to be nervous about. Ask a friend for a referral if they get Brazilian Waxing. Or check out our website for the independent retailers that are waxing salons. You may find one in your area.

Topical hair removal сrеаmѕ lеаd to the same results as shaving where they will only remove the pubic hаir frоm the surface, but they contain very strong chemicals that can actually cause a chemical burn on your lady parts. I’m amazed that people still use these products to remove pubic hair when the manufacturer themselves have a warning “not for use in the pubic area.” Some hair creams use the same chemical as Drano. The same way the hair melts off your girl, is the same substance Drano uses to melt hair away in your drain. There’s actually a how-to article on the internet detailing how to unclog your drain using a famous depilatory cream {enter big eyed emoji face}.

Semi-permanent vaginal hair removal by laser is also an option. The laser zaps the hair follicle and by the last session the follicles should be weak causing less hair to produce, if any.  The hair can grow back, but the volume usually is reduced greatly. You may still need to be waxed after having laser hair removal done, but not as often. Maybe every quarter compared to once per month for those that never had it. I also had clients that had been waxing faithfully for years and have similar results to someone who had laser hair removal done.

Laser hair removal can be a good option if you can afford it and the facility you’re researching to perform it has the proper machine for your hair and skin pigment. Just understand that it’s not permanent hair removal. Also keep in mind that if you’re a woman of color, not every laser machine will work on melanin skin.
